- Accurate information: You must provide complete and accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- Required verification: Identity verification is a mandatory condition of using the Service. The verification process may include phone and email confirmation, a live selfie/liveness check, and submission of a government-issued ID or an approved alternative.
- Consent to process: By submitting verification materials you expressly consent to the collection, processing, and limited retention of those materials and any biometric data used solely for liveness/face-matching, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- Verification outcomes: Successful verification provides a “Verified” badge. If verification fails, is incomplete, or if you refuse to re-verify when requested, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your account.
- Re-verification and audits: We may require re-verification at any time for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or other safety reasons.
3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, qualifications, relationship status, or intentions.
- Engage in sexual activity with minors or solicit minors; any such conduct will be reported to authorities.
- Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other users, or engage in fraud, extortion, romance scams, or other exploitative conduct.
- Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate other users.
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic (except as permitted by our content policy), hateful, or infringing on third-party rights.
- Share another user’s private information or intimate images without their consent.
- Access the Service using automated means (bots, scrapers) or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
- Evade enforcement, create duplicate accounts, or otherwise circumvent safety controls.
4. Child Safety and Anti Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Scope and Purpose
- These Child Safety Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the ForEverUs In Love application and related services. By accessing or using the app, users agree to comply with these provisions, which are designed to ensure a safe environment and to prevent any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation.
Zero Tolerance Policy
- ForEverUs In Love enforces a strict zero tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users are strictly prohibited from creating, sharing, requesting, storing, or facilitating any content or behavior that involves or exploits minors.
- Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, sexual content involving minors, grooming, solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, coercion, or any attempt to engage in illegal interactions with minors.
User Obligations
- Users represent and warrant that they will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Users must immediately report any suspected CSAE, CSAM, or conduct that may endanger a minor.
- Failure to comply with these obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user account, without prior notice.
Reporting Mechanisms
- ForEverUs In Love provides mechanisms for reporting child safety concerns. Users may submit reports through in-app reporting tools or by contacting the designated child safety email address at support@foreverusinlove.com.
- All reports are reviewed promptly and handled in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures.
Enforcement and Response
- Upon becoming aware of any CSAE or CSAM-related activity, ForEverUs In Love reserves the right to take all actions deemed necessary, including content removal, account suspension or termination, preservation of evidence, and cooperation with law enforcement or regulatory authorities, as required by law.
Legal Compliance
- ForEverUs In Love complies with all applicable child protection, online safety, and reporting laws and regulations. The company may update these Terms as necessary to remain compliant with evolving legal requirements.

Availability and Updates
- These Child Safety Terms and Conditions are publicly available and apply to all users of ForEverUs In Love. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.
5. User Content; License Grant
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post to the Service (“User Content”).
- License to Company: By posting User Content you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise make your User Content available as necessary to operate, provide, and promote the Service.
- Removal rights: We may remove, refuse to publish, or edit any User Content that violates these Terms or our policies.
6. Moderation, Reporting, and Safety
- Reporting tools: You may report profiles, messages, or content using in-app reporting features.
- Enforcement: We may investigate reports and take actions including warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of accounts. Severe violations may be referred to law enforcement.
- Evidence preservation: We may retain copies of reported content and related metadata to investigate abuse and assist law enforcement.
7. Privacy and Verification Data
- Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and retain personal information, including verification data and biometric information. By using the Service you agree to those practices.
- Data minimization and retention: Verification images and biometric templates are handled in accordance with our data minimization and retention policies. - Third-party vendors: We may use verified vendors to perform identity verification. Vendors will be contractually required to protect your data.
- Deletion requests: Because identity verification is required, requesting deletion of verification data may result in feature restrictions or account deactivation until re-verification is completed.
8. Gift Delivery and eStore Terms
User Consent:
- By enabling the gift delivery feature, the user provides explicit consent for ForEverUs In Love to collect, store, and process their shipping address solely for the purpose of fulfilling physical gift orders placed through the official ForEverUs In Love catalog.
- The user may disable this feature or delete their address at any time through their account settings.
- ForEverUs In Love will not retain or process shipping information without active user consent.
Authorized Use
- The gift delivery feature may only be used to send products offered within the official ForEverUs In Love catalog.
- The submission or shipment of external, unauthorized, or user-supplied items is strictly prohibited.
- ForEverUs In Love reserves the right to review the written content of any gift card message for the purpose of preventing abusive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate material in accordance with applicable policies and Community Guidelines.
Privacy and Data Protection
- The user’s shipping address shall never be disclosed, displayed, or made accessible to other users.
- All shipments shall originate from a designated commercial address used by ForEverUs In Love.
- All shipping and personal data shall be encrypted and processed in compliance with applicable federal and state privacy regulations within the United States.
- Third-party logistics providers engaged by ForEverUs In Love are required to maintain industry-standard security measures and are prohibited from using or disclosing user information for any purpose other than shipment fulfillment.
Fraud Prevention and Misuse
- ForEverUs In Love may suspend, restrict, or revoke access to the gift delivery feature if fraudulent activity, misuse, harassment, or any violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines is suspected or identified.
Limitation of Liability
- ForEverUs In Love shall not be liable for delays, delivery failures, damage to items, or any other issues arising from third-party carriers or circumstances beyond ForEverUs In Love reasonable control.
- The user acknowledges that once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with such carrier.
Refunds and Disputes
- Refunds related to physical gifts are governed by the applicable ForEverUs In Love refund policy. Once a gift order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
- Users must contact ForEverUs In Love support regarding disputes, delivery concerns, or questions related to gift orders.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Shipping address data shall be retained only for as long as the user maintains the gift delivery feature enabled.
- Upon disabling the feature or deleting the address, ForEverUs In Love shall permanently remove such information from its systems except where retention is required by law.
Prohibited Secondary Use
- Shipping address data shall not be used for marketing, analytics, advertising, or any secondary purposes unrelated to gift fulfillment. ForEverUs In Love does not sell, trade, or transfer user address information to external parties
Address Verification
- To ensure accurate and authorized deliveries, users are required to review and confirm their shipping address prior to completing each gift order.
- ForEverUs In Love may request additional verification if inconsistencies or potential risks are detected.
9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds (if applicable)
- Fees: Certain features may require payment or subscription fees. All fees will be disclosed in the app or purchase flow.
- Billing: By purchasing a paid feature or subscription you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled according to the instructions provided at purchase.
- Refunds: Refund policies are described at purchase and in your account settings. Except as required by law or explicitly stated, fees are non-refundable.
10. Intellectual Property
- Company IP: The Service, including all software, trademarks, logos, and content not posted by users, is owned by or licensed to the Company.
- User IP claims: If you believe content infringes your intellectual property rights, follow the notice procedures specified in our Copyright/DMCA policy.
11. Security
- Your responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

- Verification is intended to reduce fraud and impersonation but does not guarantee user safety, character, or conduct.
15. Limitation of Liability
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
16. Indemnification
