Welcome to ForEverUs In Love. Our Community Guidelines establish expectations for behavior and content to help ensure a respectful, authentic, and safe experience for all users. These Guidelines apply to all activity on and in connection with the ForEverUs In Love platform, including our mobile applications (the “Platform”), including user profiles, messages, content uploads, and interactions both online and offline that are connected to Platform use.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Guidelines, which form part of our Terms of Service and may be updated from time to time.


OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY AND RESPECT

We encourage meaningful self‑expression and connection. However, this freedom comes with responsibility. Content or conduct that undermines safety, dignity, trust, or legality is not permitted on the Platform.


CORE COMMUNITY RULES

In addition to the prohibitions in the Terms of Service, all users must adhere to the following standards:

Respectful Conduct. You must treat others with respect. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or stalking.
  • Threats of violence or harm.
  • Hate speech or expressions of bigotry.
  • Repeated or unwanted contact after a clear request to stop.

Authenticity and Honesty. You must be truthful in your use of the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Impersonating another individual or entity.
  • Misrepresenting your age, identity, relationship status, or intentions.
  • Creating false, misleading, or duplicate accounts.

Illegal or Dangerous Activity. You may not use the Platform to promote, solicit, facilitate, or engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to:

  • Criminal acts
  • Sex trafficking or exploitation.
  • Solicitation of prostitution or escort services.

Protection of Minors. Any sexual content, communication, or activity involving minors (individuals under the age of 18) is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate enforcement action and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Privacy and Consent. You must respect the privacy and consent of others. You may not:

  • Share another person’s private information without explicit permission.
  • Distribute private messages, photos, or media belonging to others.
  • Upload content featuring individuals who have not consented where consent is required by law.

Content Ownership. You may only upload content that you own or have the legal right to use. Content that infringes intellectual property or other rights of third parties is prohibited.

Other conduct we do not permit. We also do not permit the following conduct:

  •        Commercial and Promotional Activity.
  •         Controlled Goods and Substances.
  •         Terrorism and Violent Extremism.
  •         Identity-Based Hate.
  •         Misinformation.
  •         Spam.
  •         Self Harm Materials.


IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Purpose of Verification. Verification helps reduce impersonation, fraud, and deceptive behavior, and increases trust within the community.

Verification Options. ForEverUs may offer multiple verification levels, including:

  • Basic Verification: Phone number, email address, and a live selfie comparison.
  • ID Verification (Optional): Government‑issued identification matched to a live selfie.
  • Enhanced Reviews (Rare): Only with explicit user consent and where legally permitted.

Verification confirms identity at the time of review only. It is not a background check and does not guarantee user behavior.

Data Use and Retention. We collect verification data through third party verification vendors and only with user consent. We also protect it using appropriate safeguards. Users may request deletion of verification data at any time; deletion may affect badges or feature access. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.


LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION

We do not share sensitive verification or personal data with other users. However, we comply with lawful requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law and will notify users when legally permissible.


SAFETY BEST PRACTICES

We encourage users to take proactive steps to protect themselves, including:

  • Keeping conversations within the Platform initially.
  • Never sending money, gift cards, or financial information to someone you have recently met.
  • Being cautious about photos that reveal personal locations or identifying details.
  • Meeting in public places and informing a trusted contact of plans.
  • Trusting your instincts and leaving any situation that feels unsafe.

Sharing intimate images without consent is prohibited and may be reported through in‑app tools.


REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT

Reporting. Users are encouraged to report any content or interactions that violate these Guidelines. Reports can be made directly through the Platform or at support@foreverusinlove.com.

Review Process. Reports are reviewed promptly, with prioritization given to:

  • Critical threats, extortion, or scams.
  • Sexual exploitation, grooming, or impersonation.
  • Harassment or spam.

Users should retain evidence (e.g., message history or screenshots) until a report is resolved.

Consequences. Depending on the severity of the violation, enforcement actions may include:

  • Content removal.
  • Warnings.
  • Feature restrictions.
  • Temporary suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.

Serious violations may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Appeals. Users may appeal enforcement actions through our Help Center or at support@foreverusinlove.com. Appeals are reviewed by a human moderator.


CHILD SAFETY

ForEverUs is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users, with the protection of children as a paramount priority. These Child Safety and Anti–Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation provisions form an integral part of the Terms of Service governing use of the ForEverUs application and related services. By accessing or using the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to comply with these requirements, which are designed to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.

ForEverUs enforces a strict zero‑tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users are strictly prohibited from creating, sharing, requesting, storing, promoting, or facilitating any content or behavior that involves or exploits minors. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, sexual content involving minors, grooming, solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, coercion, or any attempt to engage in illegal, inappropriate, or exploitative interactions with a minor.

All users represent and warrant that they will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these guidelines. Users have an affirmative obligation to remain vigilant and to immediately report any suspected CSAE, CSAM, or conduct that may endanger a minor. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user’s account, without prior notice, as determined at ForEverUs’ sole discretion.

ForEverUs provides reporting mechanisms to address child safety concerns promptly and effectively. Users may submit reports through available in‑app reporting tools or by contacting the designated child safety email address at support@foreverusinlove.com. All reports are reviewed promptly and handled in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal child safety procedures.

Upon becoming aware of any CSAE or CSAM related activity, ForEverUs reserves the right to take all actions deemed necessary and appropriate. Such actions may include the removal of content, suspension or termination of user accounts, preservation of relevant evidence, and cooperation with law enforcement or regulatory authorities, as required by law.

ForEverUs complies with all applicable child protection, online safety, and mandatory reporting laws and regulations, and may update these provisions as necessary to reflect evolving legal or regulatory requirements. These Child Safety provisions are publicly available and apply to all users. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications. For inquiries related to child safety or compliance, users may contact the designated safety representative at support@foreverusinlove.com.

 

 ACCESSIBILITY AND ALTERNATIVE VERIFICATION

If standard verification methods are inaccessible due to disability or other legitimate reasons, users may contact support to request alternative verification options, including manual review.


WHAT VERIFICATION DOES NOT PROVIDE

Verification does not:

  • Constitute a background or criminal check.
  • Guarantee safety or appropriate conduct.
  • Eliminate all risks associated with online interactions.

Users are expected to exercise common sense and report inappropriate behavior promptly.


EMERGENCIES

If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. You may also report the user or incident through the Platform and contact support afterward.
