Applicability to Colorado Residents

If you are a resident of the State of Colorado, this Colorado Safety Policy applies to you in addition to the other terms and conditions set forth in our Terms of Service . This policy is intended to comply with applicable Colorado consumer protection and online safety laws and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

 
Community Guidelines and User Conduct

Our Guidelines  form an integral part of this policy and describe the standards of behavior and acceptable content on and in connection with the Services, whether online or offline. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with the Guidelines, as they may be updated from time to time.

We aim to foster an environment where users can express themselves freely and safely. However, to protect users and the public, certain content and conduct are strictly prohibited.

 
Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not post, upload, transmit, distribute, or otherwise make available any content, or engage in any conduct, that:

  • Is unlawful or encourages, promotes, facilitates, or instructs any illegal activity;

  • Is defamatory, libelous, or knowingly false;
  • Infringes or violates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party;
  • Depicts, references, or includes another individual without that individual’s knowledge or consent, where such consent is required by law;
  • Contains language, imagery, or behavior that is abusive, harassing, humiliating, alarming, threatening, or otherwise likely to cause distress to another person;
  • Is obscene, pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise contrary to human dignity;
  • Is discriminatory or promotes or encourages hate, harassment, or violence based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
  • Relates to unauthorized commercial activity, including advertising, promotions, contests, solicitations, or links to external commercial services without our prior written permission;
  • Involves spam, bulk messaging, or repetitive unsolicited communications;
  • Impersonates another person or entity, or is intended to mislead, deceive, manipulate, or defraud others, including scams or inauthentic behavior;
  • Contains or transmits malware, spyware, adware, viruses, corrupted files, or other malicious code designed to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform or any device, data, or network; or
  • Otherwise violates this policy, the Terms of Services, the Guidelines, or any applicable law or regulation.

 
Enforcement and Safety Measures

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to review, remove, restrict visibility of, or take other action with respect to any content or account that violates this policy, the Terms of Service, the Guidelines, or applicable law. This may include warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent account termination, or reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

 
Reporting Safety Concerns

Users are encouraged to report content or behavior that they believe violates this policy or raises safety concerns. Reports may be submitted through the Services or as otherwise described in our support resources. We will review reports in a timely manner and take appropriate action consistent with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
